For the Chicken
- 6 - 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons Planta margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt
For the Poussin sauce
- 5 tablespoons Planta margarine
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 F (175 C) and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the Planta margarine, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract to the margarine mixture. Mix well.
