  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Planta margarine
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F (175 C) and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a separate large bowl, cream together the Planta margarine, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract to the margarine mixture. Mix well.
