For the Chicken
- 6 - 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons Planta margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt
For the Poussin sauce
- 5 tablespoons Planta margarine
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Pre-heat your oven to 200C.
- Mix drumsticks with melted Planta margarine, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake the chicken for 25 - 30 minutes.
- For the poussin sauce, heat Planta margarine in a pan and add garlic. Cook for a minute and add the chilli powder and paprika.
- Mix the baked drumsticks in the poussin sauce and serve with chips.
