Ingredients
 

  • 240 grams Planta margarine
  • 80 grams icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tsps coffee paste
  • 220 grams cake flour
  • 80 grams cornflour
  • 25 grams ground almonds
  • 70 grams almond nibs
  • 70 grams chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  1. Mix Planta Multi-purpose and icing sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla essence and coffee paste.
  2. Next, add in flour, cornflour, and ground almond. Mix well.
  3. Place a nozzle into piping bag and place semperit dough into a bag.
  4. Pipe into desired shape and garnish with almond nibs and chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
