Ingredients
 

  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 grams Planta margarine
  • 140 grams icing sugar
  • 55 grams cake flour
  • 55 grams fine almond flour
  • 2 tsps pistachio paste
  • 1 drop green food colouring

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In a saucepan, bring Planta Multi-purpose to a boil. Let it cool.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a whisk until foamy.
  4. Add the sifted icing sugar and stir.
  5. Stir in the almond powder, flour and food colouring. Mix well.
  6. Add the pistachio paste, mix again.
  7. Pour in the Planta Multi-purpose in the preparation through a sieve. Stir until a smooth paste.
  8. Spread Planta Multi-purpose over the moulds. Fill your moulds with the paste.
  9. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the financiers, wait a few minutes before unmoulding and let cool on an oven rack.
