Grilled Sweet Corn by Planta Margarine

- 4 sweet corn
- 100 gram Planta margarine
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- lime wedges
- Blanch corn for about 10 minutes. Pat dry corn.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 100g of Planta margarine.
- Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add in chilli powder, cayenne pepper, salt and mix well.
- Brush margarine mixture over corn evenly and grill over a grill pan for about 10 minutes turning and brushing more margarine on the corn every 5 minutes.
- Garnish with lime wedges on the side.
