Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon Planta margarine in a pan and add the onions, green chillies, garlic & ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mince meat, cooked onions, garlic & ginger, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, egg, cumin powder & turmeric powder.
Press a small portion of the meat onto a skewer to form a kebab and repeat with the rest.
Heat 2 tablespoons of Planta margarine on a pan and then place the meat skewers on it.
Cook for 10 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally.
