Ingredients
 

  • 20 gram Planta margarine
  • 20 gram minced garlic
  • 300 gram shrimp (shell on/off)
  • 15 gram Planta margarine
  • 50 gram pineapple (cubed)
  • 50 gram onion (cubed)
  • 6 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 15 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • chopped spring onion

Instructions
 

  1. In a wok pan over medium heat, melt 20g Planta Margarine. Add in minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant
  2. Add in shrimp and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside
  3. Add in 15g Planta Margarine, add in pineapples, onions and stir fry for about 1 minute
  4. Add in Ketchup, vinegar, sugar, water and salt. Bring to a simmer
  5. Reduce for about 2 minutes
  6. Add in cooked shrimp and coat evenly. Serve and garnish with chopped spring onion.
