Ingredients
For Grilled Chicken
350 grams chicken (thin fillet)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon Planta margarine
For Stir-Fry Mushrooms
1 tablespoon Planta margarine
1/2 cup button mushrooms sliced
For White Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
3 tablespoons Planta margarine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 cups milk room temperature
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
1 cup cream
For Assembling
300 grams penne pasta boiled
Stir-fry mushrooms
grilled chicken
Prepared White Sauce
dried parsley as required
red chilli flakes as required
1 cup cherry tomatoes half cut

Instructions
For Grilled Chicken
In a bowl, add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder and dried oregano. Mix to combine.
Take chicken breast and cut it into fillets.
Marinate chicken with the seasoning and rub it gently.
Cover the bowl, refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Heat Planta Margarine and grill it over a hot cast iron pan for 3 - 4 minutes each side, cut grilled chicken into thin slices.
For Stir -fry Mushrooms
In the same cast iron pan, heat Planta margarine and sauté garlic for a minute.
Add mushrooms and cook it for a minute or two. Set it aside.
For White Sauce
In a saucepan, melt Planta margarine and add flour. Whisk it to make a paste and cook until it is fragrant.
Gradually pour milk while continuously whisking it for a minute. Add salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, white pepper powder.
Let it come to a simmer point. Add cream and whisk properly.
Now add cheddar cheese and let the sauce thicken for a few minutes.
For Assembling
In the sauce, add boiled pasta along with stir-fry mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Give it a good stir.
Plate the pasta in the dish and place grilled chicken slices on top of it.
Sprinkle dried parsley and red chili flakes and place Planta margarine roll up on top and serve.
