Melt 2 tablespoons of Planta margarine in a non-stick frying pan, add the beef and cook on medium heat. Add the garlic, salt, a teaspoon of black pepper and a teaspoon of the red chili flakes. Add ketchup and fry until the beef is tender. Remove from the heat.
In a separate bowl, put the rest of the Planta margarine and add chilli flakes, pepper and salt. Mix well and spread the mixture on the pita bread. Add lettuce, tomatoes and cabbage. Top it off with the cooked beef along with some sauce in the pan. Roll the pita bread to form a wrap. Use toothpicks to hold it in place.
